Question about Canon PowerShot SD630 Digital ELPH / IXUS 65 Digital Camera
My Canon Ixus 65 (SD630) has recently started to have problems in some of the photos that come out. Please see the example below.
What is the cause and how can I fix it? Is it the memory card?
Thank you for your help!
It sounds to me you have a CCD issue, which is the part of the camera that captures and converts the image to be digitally saved to your memory card (very overly simplified for the sake of diagnostics).
If you can see your menus and everything else just fine on the camera, and the photos and live view are looking like that, then I would say you have a CCD issue. You might try to send the camera in to Canon for a repair, or if its under warrenty, even bettter!
