Question about Audio Players & Recorders
To start check volume settings on Roku from audio menu.
Check cable connection at the back.
If you are using the Component or Composite cables, ensure you have connected all three of them.
If that does not work, see if you can connect using a different cable, for example try switching HDMI.
Remember to keep box and TV off when you switch the cables.
If that does not work, try doing a factory reset on Roku, this is described at page 38 of the user manual.
