Edu Science Telescope Tripod not holding it up

Sorry but it is a toy not a telescope. Will only get you frustrated with astronomy!

We have lost the lense I'd like to order a new one

You have to measure the opening of the focuser. It is either .965 or 1.25 inches in diameter. Maximum magnification is less than 100x (50x per inch of aperture 50mm= 1.96 inch) This would be true for a real telescope.
Note: this is a toy NOT a telescope. It will only frustrate you and turn you off from astronomy.
You are better off throwing this out and get a good basic scope from Meade,Celestron, Orion or Skywatcher.

We have an Edu Science telescope from ToysRUs with a price tag of $69.99 that lists numbers 10050 and 120804. We took it out to assemble it and can't find a manual. When you look out the lense, it is

You can only use the eyepiece marked 20mm. This is a toy not a scope and you will only hate astronomy if you try to use it. The tripod is unstable and the lenses are plastic. Send it back and get a quality scope from Meade, Celestron or Orion. Orion makes a tabletop Dob (only 76mm aperture) for about $60 that is much better quality.

We are using an Edu-Science telescope with the number 2161002524A inscribed on the base. The lenses by themselves allow some light to come through but when I look through the telescope itself I see...

You must use the eyepieces--

Put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the telescope. DO NOT use the 2x barlow if you have one.

Practice focusing during the day time on a distant object. Read my tips on my profile page.

I have an edu-science telescope with no eyepieces, Where can I by parts for this brand?

Measure the eyepiece tube. It is either .965 or 1.25 inches. Then order eyepieces on-line. Here are several retailers.

I think you will find out that one eyepiece costs almost as much as you paid for the scope. You bought a toy telescope by the way. Next time try one of these.
