Toshiba 55L621U powers up to the main screen then cuts out after 5 secs. Power board keeps 5v on pins 10 and 15 and the 16v on pins 1-3 and 5 is off after it turns off.

I replaced everything! All cables and All boards! Same thing! Do not buy any parts. Does the same splash screen and goes back off. Been to a lot of sites where nobody was able to fix it. I think it was a Chrome cast update that bricked the TV. Lot of user from 11/19 to 4/15/20 have the same issues. With the cost of power board or main board lots of people have just bought a new TV. I paid $100 for ALL the components from a broken screen 55L621U. Tested each component as I switched them out (even pwr/imput button, wifi, 3 boards, and all wires) to no avail. Power on splash screen the black screen and power off. No support on this one. Best Buy 389 for a new one.

No. The board with all the inputs and tuner. This board controls the power supply board.

Did anyone figure out which board it is that's causing this? I just replaced the power supply board and that didn't fix the problem. Any help would be appreciated...

SOURCE: I have a toshiba 55L621U it powers up to the main splash screen then cuts out after about 8 seconds. it gets 5v over to the logic board. not sure what to check next.

Check your other voltages coming out of the power board and see if they drop off when the set shuts down, all the 5 volts does is supply standby voltage and that should be there all the time even if the set is off. A suspect on this set is LED lamps in the panel but it could be other things as well

Toshiba tv won't turn on and no red indicator

The power supply board has gone bad.It would be more cheaper and easier to buy a new TV than to try and fix the TV that is not working.

Toshiba 49L420U does not turn on

The 5 and 3.3 voltage is standby and that would be good if you get a standby light, you won't see the 16 volt unless the power supply is at full power or out of sleep mode. Look at the legend on the power board connector going to the main for something like PWR_ON, it may be marked different, but will have something about power on, you need to see just over 3 volts there when you push the power button, if 3 volts is there replace the power supply, if you don't see that go to the connector coming from the inferred board on the main board, measure the voltage at the pins, one will be 5 volts and one of the others need to change voltage when you push the power button on the remote, measure these one at a time, if none chance replace that board, if you see a change in voltage on one of the pins replace the main board.

Hp Pavilion getting no power after relocating pc.

the Power transformer has diferent outputs, +5V,-5V,3V,12V and so on.., but has a standby output a low power 5v to power button function.
Your PC have Power supply Defective,
so your must find a usual spare power supply on the market, compatibilty as 115V input and more of 350W power, to have stabilty.

Simple pinout help

Front Panel Header pin assignments as follows:

Pins 2 + 4 = Power Led

Pins 6 + 8 = Power Switch

Pins 12 + 14 = LAN Activity Led

Pins 1 + 3 = HDD Led

Pins 5 + 7 = Reset Switch

Pin 9 = +5v

Pins 11 + 13 = ODD Led

Pin formation is as below with no pin in position 10.

2 4 6 8 10 12 14

1 3 5 7 9 11 13

You will probably need to extend the Front Panel connector cable to reach the header pins on a replacement motherboard - I did this with 2 x N76HL 10 pin extension cables (male to female) from Maplin.
