Question about Washing Machines
F11 is a generic code that indicates a communication error occurred between the motor control unit and the central control unit. A common problem is that the wiring harness jiggles loose. Unplugging and reseating the wires at the board will sometimes remedy this problem. Also look for any signs of corrosion which is the enemy of good electrical contact. Hope this helped and best wishes.
