Just be sure that your hands is not oily or wet. be sure that your hands are clean and dry so they won't slip while removing the back cover of your phone..
then try to remove it slowly.. and that's it!! i hope it could help..

Try turning of the phone and removing the battery, then taking out the micro sd card and removing the sim card as well. Wait about 30 secs and then put everything back together and try it again.

Unable to send messages from Nokia 2310

The problem could the SIM card or the phone. Remove the SIM card from the phone, insert it to another phone and try sending messages. If you can send messages then the problem lies in the phone. To verify, insert a different SIM card into your phone and try sending messages. The problem can be resolved by removing the battery and the SIM card from the phone then wait for at least 15 minutes before putting them back.

Insert sim

You need to re-seat the sim card. Remove the battery, then remove the sim card. Put the sim card back in, you can wipe it if you like, clean the connections so to speak. The put the battery back in and your phone should work as it did before. If not, the sim card may have burned out and you need to get a new one from your carrier.
