Question about Televison & Video
Panasonic DMR EH50 will not power on. All external power is good.
If you measure pin 2 and 3 (5,8V), 4 and 5 (12,4V) and at last pin 14 (3,8V) they should all be there. In my case the 3,8V on pin 14 was 0. When I unhooked connector P1102 diconnecting the PSU from the rest of the circuit0s, the 3,8V was ok. The capasitor C1518 on the main board was the problem. The orginal capasitor has a value of 680uF/10V 105C. Change this to 680uF/16V 105C.
