I have a KDC MP6539U. my usb mode does not function anymore, once selected it just says reading.. even though ipod is connected. please help.

I am not sure if this is something you have already tried but with the power on press the reset button that is just to the left of the USB plug and almost at the top of the above the IPod jack. It is real hard to see, I used a flashlight and found it when Mine did the same thing
