With the indulgence of IB4G2008...
Not possible without a converter adapter at the same time signal losses, interference and noisy video if CAT5E cable used.
What I would suggest is to use coaxial cable (RG59) instead of the CAT5E. One end would be terminated with ta BNC male to connect to the camera. The other end would have to be terminated either with an RCA male. Before connecting to the VGA (15pin) input of the monitor, it would have to be processed by a converter/adapter. Here are some examples:

Composite Video to VGA adapter;
2. some high end adapters are shown

here would also work.
