Question about ZT Group CISNET A7022 PC Desktop

Cannot installed window xp

I started get errors message about by disk.I went into bios and change and reset the bios to fail safe default. The fail safe bios are not given so i change to OPTIMIZATION Settings. I save and exit.I then try to installing xp i nothing but a black screen. I went boot menu change the the first to: HDD 0 and nest to CD-ROM. I rebooted it and know just get black screen. Please help

You need to set the first boot device to cd-rom and then enter a good non-scratchy xp disk and boot again.....you will get a option to press any key to boot from cd then press any key..

I think The default security provider in Windows XP has been changed loadTOCNode(2, 'workaround'); To reset the default security provider in Windows XP, delete the relevant registry keys in the Windows registry. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Start the computer. Press the F8 key during startup to start the computer in Safe mode.
  2. Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).
  3. Delete the following registry keys in the Windows registry: HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Providers HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Providers
  4. Quit Registry Editor.
  5. Restart the computer

Method 1: Make sure that you have sufficient hard disk space loadTOCNode(3, 'resolution'); First, make sure that you have sufficient hard disk space. The Stop error can be caused by insufficient hard disk space.

If you can use safe mode or the Recovery Console to start the computer, delete any unnecessary temporary files, Internet cache files, program backup files, and files that contain saved file fragments from disk scans (.chk files). You can also install Windows XP on another hard disk that has more free space.

If you cannot start the computer, go to the next method to update the computer BIOS.

Method 6: Remove third-party remote control services loadTOCNode(3, 'resolution'); If you still have the problem after you use the previous methods and the Stop error message contains the Win32k.sys file name instead of a driver file name, the problem might be caused by a third-party remote control program. To remove the service, use the Recovery Console to start the computer and then delete the third-party remote control service file.

Error loading operating system


I would try resetting the bios. Take out the battery, and short out the Clear CMOS jumpers, and leave them like that for a few minutes.

Restart the computer, go back into bios, and reset the computer to boot on CD first.

See if that works.

try this. load defaults on bios. retry boot from xp cd. on windows setup. choose recovery console. on dos mode. choose OS (XP). Run CHKDSK /R.

If you are getting an error during installation its not good :(

Its prob either yor ram or hard drive faulty. Download memtest and test ram 1st as thats the most likely cause. Check that optimised defaults are loaded in bios also.

Error - The Hard Disk Was Not Found


Boot into the BIOS, I think you hit the Delete key on Dell's to get into the BIOS, but I'm not sure. You should see some type of message at boot that says "To enter setup press XXX" Where XXX is the Delete key or some other key.

Once you're in the BIOS setup see if your HDD is listed. You may also find the option to reset the BIOS to default. Generally speaking this will not hurt anything and may be worth a try.
