The headphone unit is sealed and cannot be accessed via the padded ear pads. You have to prise open the outer headphone cover which breaks off 4 internal attachment points (which can be re glued for re assembly). Be careful on the Left hearphone as it contains a complex electronic circuit board.

Start by carefullt taking the foam ear protector off to see if there are screws holding the speaker plate onto the back cup. Start with the left one as the signal in stereo goes into the left first and then crosses to the right through the headband.. The right speaker cup disassembles the same way as the left.

Disassembling logitech alto stand

You need to disassemble the two part on the right side of the stand, where the USB connections are and where you can push the connect button. This is fixed with glue and some kind of tape. Use some force (I used screwdriver) :) Under this you will find 3 and 4 screws. Then you can disassemble it completely (see photo)!

Jabra gn9350 base lights are not coming on.

There are a number of steps you can try to fix this issue:
1. Confirm the power supply is plugged in correctly, and the power socket to which it is connected is turned on and receiving power.
2. Remove the battery from the GN9350 headset and ensure the copper contacts on the battery and the headset itself are clean - a quick blow on both parts will be OK. You remove the battery by taking off the earhook or headband, and sliding the speaker section down towards the microphone boom - it will unclick. Reconnect the battery after you've blown on the contacts and re-pair the device as per step 3.
3. Re-pair the headset to the base: ensure the headset is docked in the base. Locate the button with two grey arrows pointing towards each other which is located on the side of the circular base section. Hold this button down for approximately 5 seconds, until you see a blue light flash on the headset itself - you can release the button once the light flashes. The headset is now paired again.
4. If the lights are still not showing up you may have a faulty battery, or a faulty headset/base.

Dear angelqueenof,
May I ask you to use a spare headphones connected to the same source audio plug to verify if the issue comes from the source or from the Logitech ClearChat headset.

One side of my headphones dont work

Check that the plug is completely in the jack. If it was part way out it would kill one side.

If plug is normal, likely the crossover wire to the deead side has broken.

These wires are rather fragile and the break could be almost anywhere.

Put sound into the headphones and try pushing wire together along its length to see if you can find a break.

My left side of this headset is not working

those wires are very fradgile and chaces are they have snapped inside the jacket
it happens mostly when you pull on the wire instead of the jack or the wire gets caught or stretched --is your jack fully inside the connecter? wiggle the wire and if it sound than it is the wire

Right side of the headset no sound....

You must have developed a broken connection in the wiring from one side to the other. Sometimes units like this can be easilly disassembled and other times they cannot. I rate the tech skill on this reapair at a 7 of 10 with 10 being the hardest. Look for screws that can be removed once the ear cushion is removed. Sometimes the unit needs to be broken or cut apart and reglued for use. Good luck. Dan

Jabra BT350 Bluetooth Headset

This is what I did:
1. open the headset by following these steps:
http://www.instructables.com/id/Jabra-BT-350-Disassembly-and-Repair/
2. measure the voltage of the battery. If it is too low, the internal charger circuit may not like it. Mine was 2.6v.
3. Charge the battery "manually" by connecting to 3 serially connected rechargeable batteries (final voltage should be around 3.7v). Three NiMH AA batteries are fine.
4. Reassemble and hope your headset is back to business.
