Question about Lenovo ThinkPad R60 with Wireless Wide Area Network (ThinkPad R60_WWAN_Standard_123N)
Have a Lenovo laptop that I would like to connect to a secure wireless network. I have 5 other PC's connected and they all work fine. I have to assign the IP info. statically. I am able to connect to the network but cannot browse the internet or the network. I have been dealing with this problem for several days now and have tried lots of things. I will try to list them all here but I might forget some. All of the other PC's work and I have checked the IP settings and they are the same. I reset the router, I deleted the profile on the laptop. If I connect it with an ethernet cable to the router it works fine. It also works on a unsecured wireless router I have and works on a secured wireless router at another location. I have checked the WEP key and I am using the right one. There are no firewalls installed on the laptop. I am out of ideas.
Juss try installing "pod" on server and use "i connect to internet through other computer on this network" option in network settings
