Question about Nokia N95 Cellular Phone
If you no longer have the PUK code that came form the pack when you purchased your sim, then the only thing you can do it to go to the nearest Globe Telecom Office near you.
I was able to experience your problem with both Globe and Smart. Globe is more willing to assist, tho.
