Question about Computers & Internet
Try doing a system restore... this will allow you to restore the computer to a time when you know the device was functional. click on help and support type system restore in the search box. select restore my computer to an earlier time. it will open up a calendar pick a day you know your computer was optimal. Don't worry your computer is not being reset to factory config. you are not loosing any work, however if you've installed any third party software or applied any microsoft updates those will be deleted. Not to worry just re-install your software and let windows take its normal course. It will self update.
Hope this helps
