Our m2535dn copier is printing real light copies. we changed the toner. what could the problem be?

the heater unit is the problem.
yo can get a repair kit by search on the Internet or go to Toshiba web site.
the repair kit come with instruction, if you can handle the mechanic part of things. then you are all set.

SOURCE: Replaced Konica 7022 toner and add toner light stays on

Remove the toner bottle carefully, pwr off and unplug the machine , then plug it in and turn it on do not put toner bottle into machine until asked for.

Also I would wait until it stops first, then installed the paper, wait until it feeds through then see if you have the sa problem.

When new toner installs I always recommend to customers to wait for the cycle to complete ,then try it again. See if tht helps
