However, you may still call an authorized Oce service provider that may give you some help on this, if you explain the problem more clearly. I'm not certain what you are saying. Is it the control board or the control panel that isn't on?

There is an error with the Power M Controller. It is not customer replaceable and you need specific parts and software only available from Canon/Oce. Call an authorized Canon/Oce technician for parts and service.

The recovery CD needs special tools and software to run. It can't be reinstalled by the customer. In addition, the controller needs to be relicensed in order for the software to run properly. Call an authorized Canon/Oce technician for parts and service.

There is either a problem with the controller, or wiring to the controller. Check to make sure the controller is running, check the cables to the printer and controller. If everything seems OK, reboot. If error returns, call an authorized Oce representative.

Protocol versions conflict. Call an authorized Canon/Oce technician for service. The scanner will have to be reflashed with new firmware. This can't be done by anybody other than a technician with proprietary software.

you have to log on in SDS

And there on consumbeles you have to reset by
pressing 0 / enter and than egnoladge with the green V on top
