Question about Panasonic Computers & Internet
It could be for removing the start up password from the computer. that comes up instantly when the power is turned on. If it is set on from the bios / cmos - settings.

The function or purpose of that DIP switch is unknown, but multiple users have reported changing the position of the switch and noticing no effect on the operation of the laptop.

It is reputed to be for future expansion, but never used for anything.Yu cant find anything by changing the toggle switch as of now
