Found this on Howard Forums. Sorry no photos.

Take off your battery, unscrew the screws on the back of the phone with a T6 screw driver.

Pry off the back plate, lift up circuit board gently(be mindful of flex cable) remove the flex cable from mail board by lifting brown part by the connector,

Unscrew then next 2 set of screws(be careful of flex cable!) remove the LCD board from the faceplate.

Now put the LCD Panel into the new faceplate. Find the new back slide and put your sliding rails on.(you may also put the slide magnets on from the old housing) carefully thread your flex cable through the opening.

Snap the Back slider on and then screw in the screws, then take the keypad housing and screw it into the slide rails.

Reconnect the flex cable by putting the brown hatch up(gently with finger nail) gently feeding the cable into the connector until the white line is about to the end of the connector.

Then put the brown thing down and apply little pressure.

Put the mail circuit board back into the phone with the headset jack going in first.

Then snap it back into place.

Transfer your speaker over the the new back housing with the prongs facing up.

Then screw on the back housing.

Replace battery and your DONE!!!

Best of Luck.

How do you take apart the gateway mouse so that I can clean the inside parts I think they got too dusty inside?

I wouldn't recommend taking apart the mouse unless you have at least one spare. Some of the parts inside can be a delicate and difficult to put back into place, if your unused to them.

If you still want to take apart your mouse, first unplug it from the computer, then turn it over so your looking at the bottom. There should be two "feet" on the bottom of the mouse, though sometimes more. These will commonly look like little plastic nubs or smooth "sliders". Use something with a thin edge and gently pull them up and away, and you should find screw holes underneath. Use a small screwdriver, commonly a Philips, to take out these screws. Your mouse should now easily pull into two pieces. Go slowly as you take the mouse apart, in case anything falls out or comes lose, so you can see where it was and how it fit into place.

To put your mouse back together after cleaning it, simply place the two halves back together once all the internal pieces are in their correct place, and tighten the screws again. Pop the "sliders" over the holes and it'll look like new.

I put a new faceplate on my blackberry bold and now i have no network connection. i turned connections off and back on but still nothing.

The aerial may have been reliant on the faceplate, so the antenna may have actually been the faceplate or there may be a connection in it, try swapping it back, if resolves then dont change again.

How to remove the faceplate on a Cambridge CD 740 clock radio

I just did this over the weekend, so, I'll expand on how to get there.

1. Pop off the speaker covers.
2. There are 4 screws on each side (not the speaker screws, the recessed screws). Remove those from each side.
3. On the back of the unit, there are 4 more recessed screws. You'll need to remove those, and separate the back from the unit (you may have to disconnect some of the wire connectors).
4. Flip the unit over (so the bottom is up). Remove the screws from the bottom, and remove that base. Note: you'll need to remove all the foot-pads as well (there is a screw under each).
5. Once you've removed that, you'll need to then remove the next set of screws from the "sub bottom" I believe there were 8 that need to be removed.
6. Carefully flip the unit over (you can put the "base" back on without the screws so it sits right).
7. At this point, you'll need to remove the top cover. You'll have to pry away at this one a bit, but it wasn't too hard. There is a connector for the snooze/mute button that I disconnected to make it easier once the cover was open.
8. Once the top cover is off, you'll see the CD player. There are two screws holding the CD player to the faceplate. Remove those.
9. There are three screws on the back of the cd player. Remove those, and you can maneuver the CD player at that point (I didn't need to take mine all the way out, as I just needed to get a quarter out of the player).

Then... gently reassemble. This is not an easy machine to tear apart by any means. Took me about an hour and a half to do it all (but I was also doing some trial and error).

Good luck! And be careful!

I had the same problem and I was lookin on a forum/blog on how to do this, but not many helped.I'm about to attempt to change my faceplate and I noticed when you take the battery cover off, there are 4 screws under the cover, and one near the antenna. You probably have to take apart the back part of the phone to get to the screws that are attatched to the sliding part of the phone. Its probably a little risky and tricky, but Im guessing thats how you get to the 2 hidden screws.
