Does anyone know where and how to access the water pump on my KZ Spree 2009 280RLS. I think it is in the bathroom down below the cabinet but I see no way to get to it.

SOURCE: ThinTwin cabinet access

a little awkward atfirst but shlould be a problem. remove the angular panel along the rear of hte washer top youll see two brass clips an inch in on both sides, with a screwdrier "pop" these clips off, and if i remember correctly there are (2) 5/16 screws directly behind them (sorta on the frame of unit just below the rear lip of the top) the main top then will slide toawrd you and rigth off. a screw secures the front panel on both sides adn it too lifts up and off. acess to pump is right there. reverse order nad your good to go.hte brass clips will SNAP right back in place when lined up correctly

SOURCE: no cold water coming into machine (handyman thinks

Check the water shut off valves behind your washer. Make sure they are full open (turn counter-clockwise).

Turn the shut off valve off (full clockwise). Disconnect the hose and try running it into a bucket from the valve to make sure you have good water flow.

Check the hose from the shut off valve and make sure it's not kinked stopping water flow.

Turn shut off valve off completely...disconnect hose and look at the end that attaches to the washer. Is the metal screen clogged? Look at the water inlet on the washer where hose attaches and make sure there are no obstructions.

How do i check if water filter or pump is clogged

The water filter is usually accessible from the front of the machine. Make sure that the wash cycle has fully finished. Put a shallow tray below the filter housing or several thicknesses of cloth and unscrew the filter plug. The tray or cloth should deal with minor spillages. Visually inspect the filter then back wash it under the tap. If it was clear then you probably don't need to worry about the pump. However, if you still think the pump is clogged then you would probably be advised to call in a local engineer but shop around first. Many of them have an initial call out fee plus extra time and parts.

Outside hose to cleanout grey and black water not flushing water coming out of walls ?

The tank flush system has a vacuum breaker installed, usually under the bathroom vanity. When they fail they will flood everything. It is also possible that it has disconnected.

At this point, opening the access cover is the last thing you do if it is below the water level in the pipes. Your system has a partial blockage in the pipes between the pump and external septic tanks or sewage dump site, that is the reason why when you use the plunger , half of the amount of waste water comes up to the sink and bathtub. You to open up your pipelines to remove blockage , probably tree roots in the pipes.
