Just contact the company and tell them the code doesn't work. They should send you a new one.

contact paypal direct and ask them the question
normally when paypal is used , you get an e-mail from them saying that you have paid and the payment wll be in the name of the company you paid

I bought this same one and I had problems with it too and it was good I kept my reciept. I ended up buying a AAXA one. It works great. The model I bought is the M1 Ultimate and I have been very pleased with it. But still working on advancing my presentation skills. has anybody else tried the M1? the website is http://www.aaxatech.com

did you get the bulb from sanyo, or from another company that sells aftermarket bulbs? some of those are cheaply made and malfunction shortly after if they work at all. find your reciept, take it back and get a new one.

file a claim with paypal to get your money back!

please explain had a reciept > ? what happened to it ? and if you bought it at a local retail shop go there and see if they can print you out a duplicate copy of the reciept, if you paid cash that might be a lil problem, but if you paid by credit card they should be able to pull that up with the correct information like date of purchase name ect .... if not, if you bought it at an online site on the internet go to that web site and see if you can print the reciept from there .....

They should be able to find you a copy of the reciept.

Sent it back under warranty- this has an internal fault.
