Well i have the lg xenon and from what i have figured out is first go to the media net home page. Then go to customize media net. (which is at the bottom) Next click on parental controls. Then enter your PIN code in the space provided and it should let you change your settings. The setting you need to change is to change the Content Filter off and it should work. Hope this helps!1 (:

I forgot my Parent Lock code, how can I access parent settings on the LeapPad3, LeapPad Ultra, or LeapPad Platinum? If you forgot the four digit parent lock code you set up for the LeapPad3, LeapPad Ultra or LeapPad Platinum, you may retrieve the code with these steps:
1. Using a computer or other device connected to the internet, go to www.leapfrog.com
2. Click "Log In/Register" (or "My Account" if already signed in) on the top right of the page.
3. Sign in with the email address used to set up the LeapPad.
4. You'll land on the "My Account" page.
5. Click "Account Information". Directly beneath the orange "Edit" button you will see the Parent Lock code information for any LeapPad3 or LeapPad Ultra set up using this account.

Cannot access website

Why can't I view some websites?
Applies to Windows 7
If you can access some websites but not all of them, here are some possible causes:
  • Your browser could be attempting to connect through a proxy server. If so, try connecting with the proxy server turned off.
  • Your browser connection settings could be incorrect. To change connection settings, follow these steps:
    1. Open Internet Options by clicking the Start button 4f6cbd09-148c-4dd8-b1f2-48f232a2fd33_818.jpg, clicking Control Panel, clicking Network and Internet, and then clicking Internet Options.
    2. Click the Connections tab.

  • Your router could be attempting to proxy DNS requests and failing. Refer to the documentation that came with your router for instructions on disabling DNS proxying.
  • Parental Controls, Family Safety, or some other parental control software could be blocking access to certain websites.

What's your problemThe URL www.google.com you have requested is forbidden by the URL filter.

Your question answers your own question. You have a filter on your machine that prevents you from accessing the URL. Whether it is software or hardware, I cannot say without more information.
Are you running any type of parental controls on your machine, net nanny, norton parental control, etc? If so you will need admin rights to go in and take it off the blocked sites list.

Hello there, I keep on getting a 403 forbidden access when I enter a ubisoft site. how do I fix this?

The base page for ubisoft is http://ubi.com
If you are getting a 403 error, then you are trying to access a protected page without logging in. Try starting at the base page and navigate to the page you are looking for.

How to unlock a http error 403

Hi, HTTP Error 403 is an error message which means that you are not authorized to view the web page which you are attempting to load.
The 403 error is also known as "Forbidden". The 403 Forbidden error is most often seen when you are attempting to browse to a directory which has directory browsing permissions turned off. The actual error message you receive will depend upon your web browser. For example, Internet Explorer says "You are not authorized to view this page."
Follow these steps if you get this error:- 1.Make sure the URL is entered correctly 2.Try the URL with a different file extension (.html, .htm, .shtml, .php) 3.Go to the main page of the site and look for a search function 4.Go to Google and search for a similar page

403 Access forbidden

The message means that the site to which you are trying to access will not grant permission to the URL making the request. Some sites do not like users to access certain web pages without first having to navigate through their site.

For example, if you try to access the following URL address:

www.checkupdown.com/accounts/grpb/B1394343/

you will receive the 403 message because you are trying to get into the site several directories deep. The server wants you to enter the site at w.checkupdown.com

This article explains it far better than I can. My hunch is that this is not a resolvable issue by us.
