If it's an older mechanical machine, it probably needs a good cleaning and oiling. However, there could be other things wrong with it.

Wheel on right side that controls the needle up and down is very tight...

There is a presser foot pressure dial on the left end of the machine, make sure it is on 3 or higher.

Why does 835 make a loud noise when sewing?

Is it a mechanical machine? Most mechanical machines make louder sounds when they have not been oiled for some time. Consult the owner's manual and use ONLY good quality sewing machine oil.

Husqvarna Sewing Machine Model 3600 orange colour stitch selector button will not select straight stitching

It appears your machine is mechanical. Most likely the old oil has dried and is preventing the parts from moving--a very common problem with older mechanical machines. But, if that is in fact the problem, it is reparable. You just need plenty of patience, a bit of time, good quality sewing machine oil, and a handheld hairdryer:

It was working now it seems to be frozen the needle part wont move

My Brother PE-770 presser foot Q has started making a clacking noise. If I press in on the lever on the back of the foot, the clacking stops. What is causing this loud noise and how do it fix it?

Sounds like something in the machine in the head that makes it go up and down. either wear or something loose. I would have it checked by a Brothers repair shop

Hi, I have a huskylock 905 NOT computerized and it's making a "clunking" noise while sewing and then the "D" thread breaks. I've re-threaded many times, changed thread, changed needles, adjusted tention...

Sounds like the D needle is hitting something in the loopers and an adjustment needs to be made. The adjustments are ever so slightly. It could be that the needle bar is twisted causing the D needle to hit. It could be the looper is not within the specs for proper operation, etc. Suggest you take it to an authorized husqvarna viking dealer for service. You can locate a dealer near you by visiting the husqvarna viking website and clicking on the Dealer link on the left-hand side of the page - http://www.husqvarnaviking.com
Good luck.

Husqvarna bottom thread showing through the top

On the far left of the machine is the tension wheel for the bobbin. Sounds like it is way too loose. Should automatically set if you have entered the right type of fabric.
