Question about Canon DC310 DVD Camcorder
Me too, checking through the internet it seems nobody could or bother to solve this problem. I bought this for work & need to edit my VDO for presentation & now I am trying to see if I can get some software to help me solve this problem...
You dont need the disc to download to computer.Take the card from the camera and put it into the card reader on your computer if one is fitted, if not you need one that goes into a USB slot
When the card is inserted into the reader a box will open on the screen with several options as to view images or download them.
I would also download Picasa 3 which puts your photos in date order and also has photo editing. This is a free download and is part of google.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
