change frequency setting to 60hz from the option of graphic setting using another monitor then agin connect your problematic monitor. step1.open properties on desktop using right mouse click. step 2.goto last tab (setting) step3.goto advance optinion step 4.goto third tab(monitor) and there is option of frequency change it to 60hz save it and press enter. now shutdown computer then connect your screen goes monitor check it.hope it works. when screen black its mean the range of signal frequency higher then compatible frequency.

I have a LG fltron wide screen monitor and I can't get the monitor to turn on I have tried changing the power cord and still the monitor doesn't turn on. It was working fine previously and I have kept it in good condition. Turning off after use and cleaning the screen but it has just stopped working anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem.
