Question about Kenmore 91112 / 91114 / 91117 Electric Kitchen Range
I have the same issue and will replace the temp sensor and see what happens. top works great and the oven comes on for 30 seconds the goes off then flashes the f2 code.
F2 is either a temp sensor or control pannel. If it is the control panel, I would suggest buying it online and they will send instructions on how to install. This will save you over half the cost of a service person fixing it.

Tips for a great answer:
F2-E1 Error indicates
a loose/broken wire on the oven temp sensor or the oven temp. sensor itself is
bad and should be replaced. To solve this issue test the oven temp. sensor, it
should read between 1080-1120 ohms, if the rating is more then that and the door
appears to be closing fine then it is the control board that is bad and should
be replaced. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.
