Need a manual or any information for GARDENWAY TH-1019. also has number TROT BILT TH-1002 B located front of engine. cannot find any other model numbers.

To get a manual for a Troy-Bilt product, you need the model number. For some units, the serial number is also needed to obtain the correct version of the manual. The needed information is on the edger itself, in a spot that usually will not get damaged when you are using the machine. For wheeled edgers, look at the rear of the deck when you are in the operator's position. The string trimmer/edger models similarly have the plaque with the model and serial number in a spot that won't get damaged.

Without the exact model you will be hard pressed to get either. For the belt, you can wrap a rope around the pulleys and measure the circumference. That will tell you the belt size in inches. You then measure the width and you will have that information to give to a parts supplier. There are enough fans of the Troy Bilt tillers out there so you may still get lucky and find someone that knows what the model is from your description. Gardenway went out of business along time ago. MTD used to carry some of their parts but much before 2005 is not available. The troybilt number you gave is the Briggs and Stratton engine number. The gardenway number does not come up on a vendor search. See if you can find a number like 24A-XXXXXXXX. If you can, I may be able to help.
