Well if whatever you are connecting has this plug all you need is the cord that joins the two together. Svideo to Svideo. Contact a TV store for one of these cords if you dont have one. It carries both Pis and sound between the units

Buy and connect s-video cable to your tv and to your laptop
turn on laptop and turn on your tv
on tv select your s-video input
on your laptop go to display settings and there go to submenu for enabling the tv-out function
and suddenly - magic!
your tv shows your laptops desktop

How do I connect TV-ear 3.0 to a sceptre 23 bv-naga TV. I don't know were the audio out port is?

There are two plugs, a white and a red. Red is for Right, and white is Left. If you have a 3.5" stereo jack on your TV ear, then you'll need to find and adapter, as your television does not have a 3.5" output jack.

I would like to browse the web on my TV screen...is that possible. I am connected to the Internet with my Wii.

If your TV has HDMI port, just connect the HDMI cable to the TV and enjoy
if not, try to connect via S-Video cable.. if you don't have it, connect the VGA cable and switch the view, if not so it's impossible.

Just want to know can i watch tv on my N50V with the extras it came with

depends on what model you got. However i trust that except you can see a connection antenna connection (gold circle) port at the right , next to the USB port, the notebook don not have TV card build-in.
However, you can buy a USB TV dongle in place like ebay if you want to watch TV on a computer.

HP DV9700-L/side ports- which one will work for second display/TV

I do not know if this is the answer you are looking for, but I know that when I connected my S-video connection to some old crappy big screen TV, I had to set the laptop's second video output to specifically output to S-video. There were 3 or 4 different settings that had to be done. I dont remember the details, all I remember is that the 1. the second video monitor had to be set to the s-video connection. 2. the analog video setting had to be set to PAL or NTSC or whatever they are, I dont know what it is off the top of my head, then there was another setting, I dont remmeber, I think it was the setting to 'clone' the screen so that it just duplicated it. In this case, you might have to set the resolution to somthing smaller that would fit on a standard definition screen.

What type to cable should I buy to connect laptop to tv

Youre laptop would have to have a video card that has a TV-out port... And for that you would have to run a S-Video cable from the TV-out port of your laptop to the S-Video port on your TV... I assume your TV has a S-Video port?

How to connect IBM T61 to my Samsung LCD TV 40'' 3xHDMI

If you have an s-video port you will need to buy s-video cables and a separate audio cable for sound. With HDMI you will only need 1 cable for both video and sound. Just connect your s-video cable to your s-video output ( your laptops quick reference manual should show you where your s-video jack is at ) and the other end to the back of your LCD tv video input ( consult your lcd tv manual )

Hd tv to vcr

What model and manufacturer DVD/VCR combo are you using. if it has a HDMI port, you should buy a HDMI cable to your combo player than to your HDTV (most don't have this High Definition port.) 6f3606c.jpg
otherwise, it probably contains a composite port, connect the red to the red (Left) white to white (mono) and yellow to yellow (Video) than connect the wires to the matching port on your HDTV) then switch the input to AV or Composite. 9701d83.jpgb5e3eb0.jpg

If this fails, you need a coaxial cable.85dec5e.jpgconnect a coaxial cable to your player then to the coaxial port on your tv. change the input to "either Coaxial, Cable 3 or any input that sets it to coaxial input.

Video Ouput Line

Without knowing much about this motherboard, I don't know if it has a "TV out" port. If it does you would connect a composite cable from that port to the input connection on your TV. You would probably also want to connect audio cables so you could hear sound from the TV speakers.

If you motherboard does not have a TV out port then you will need to purchase a video card that supports this feature.

If you can tell us the model number of your motherboard or brand/model of your computer maybe we can help more.
