Question about NEC Computers & Internet
This is likely a config problem on the NEC or a hardware/software issue on the NEC. Do a Wireshark capture on the NIC on both ends. Examine the RTP streams and see if they are intact. You may have to decode the stream from UDP to RTP depending on if it is a peer to peer call or if it is going through the 8100. Plenty of documentation on how to do that at Wireshark's website.
