i downloaded the driver online for this webcam and it said it was installed
but it still won't work. i keep getting a window that pops up saying
there's a problem with Win32 or whatever when i turn the computer on. so i
uninstalled the driver and tried again. it keeps making this
beep,beep,beep, noise whenever i plug it into the usb port. what's up with
that? i got the driver from DriversGuide.com

Thanks mattato I have been trying to get this stupid thing to work for like 3 days now and after spending 4 hours on it today you fixed it for me in less than 5 minutes... thanks a ton for knowing what you are doing unlike websites ive been on all day!!

- i also cannot seem to get the webcam to work. after downloading the driver online it keeps saying now hardware detected. i tried going to the http://www.camera-drivers.com/drivers/230/230822.htm site, but looks like it doesn't work anymore. someone please help me! - racmartinez

I don't know, I can't figure it out either. Windows will not install the drivers.

- I have done everything that the instructions say, windows will NOT recognize the webcam. I no longer have the disk. I downloaded the software off the Manf. site. Still no luck. Anybody have a solution? I have sent an e-mail to them, and they must all be on drugs there.

- I figured it out!!!!!!!!!! Go to http://www.camera-drivers.com/drivers/230/230822.htm

It is free just go thru the Ads and download the CORRECT drivers. Install without the cam plugged in. After drivers are installed, plug the camera in. Windows Harware Installer will pop up. Tell it you will select the select where the driver is and to search the location. When you get to this point, select c:\windows\system and click ok. It will say a different camera type, don't worry this is it, it will install the driver. And there u go, done.

I have installed the Mirco Innovation Basic webcam, but when I turn it on it say this webcam is not found on your system, or it is not connected
