SOURCE: I accidentally put the rice into the outer pot

The problem has been solved - the bottom cover of the rice cooker was unscrewed and pried off, and after removing the insulation, etc. the rice was removed.

SOURCE: I have an aroma rice cooker model #arc-150sb c1

Hi,
Thermal Fuse Problem.
If there is no heat/power, check the continuity o the thermal fuse( white resistor type in the internal wiring connections ). Unscrew and open the cooker at the bottom side.
Replace it w/ similar temp. value.
DON'T SOLDER IT!

Hope that helps you out!

My rice cooker model arc 838tc inner pot needs to be replaced where can I find that part

I'd try ebay, possibly store that carries brand. Or search on line for replacement pans your brand. Or take your pan to
rice cooker dealer you may find a new one with same size pan, thus a source from that other mfg. If your brand has customer service they may be able to provide a replacement.

IM IN LONDON. I PURCHASED AROMA RICE COOKER THROUGH AMAZON.120V RICE COOKER. How to use it here in London?

Look on the information label to see how many amps it draws at 120 volts. Multiply the amps by 120 to get watts. Next you'll need to get a transformer that will handle the watts when changing 240 volts to 120 volts

My AROMA RICE COOKER ARC-820SW will not power up. The light will not turn on and the water will not warm. Any ideas?

There is a inline 10-amp fuse that has blown, it is a little difficult to get to, it is located on the inner wall of the cooker, it is covered by a piece of braided insulation , it looks like a wire, black wire on one side and a white wire on the other end

Water to rice ratio in an Aroma ARC 1000

Water to rice ratio is usually the same regardless if you have a rice maker, or are cooking it in a pot on the stove. 2 parts water to 1 part rice works everytime.

3 CUP AROMA RICE COOKER WILL NOT HEAT --ONLY 4 MONTHS OLD

1. Is the cooking pot filled with water? If there is no weight, it will not turn on.
2. Is there a pilot light? If no power, you have a unit that was probably returned by someone else.
3. The heating element/plate thermal fuse may be blown. Either replace the fuse or the whole unit.
