Try doing a hard reset. Turn your phone off first. Hold down the volume keys and power button at the same time for 10 seconds, and you will see the Android logo screen. On the recovery menu that should be showing, use the volume keys to find the "Reset to factory settings" option, hit "YES" and you will be reset to how you purchased it, with the user deleted!
