Question about Audio Players & Recorders
This is an error code which indicates a problem with the disk magazine or drive on the player.
E-99: Changer malfunction - disc may be caught in machine or changer requires service.
This error sometimes can be reset by removing the power from the mains supply for 10 minutes and then power the unit up again.
Another reset which may work is with the unit connected to mains supply but powered off - hold the power button in for 10 seconds after the unit powers on. You may hear a reset occur in the drive mechanism.
If these resets fail the unit will require service attention as it will be caused by a mechanical fault in the mechanism itself.
Hope this helps. Please do rate my answer. Many Thanks.
