It is alway suggested to search using Google. FIXYA unpaid volunteers are not selling parts, and it is basically a "do it yourself" service.

Example of search result from Google:

SOURCE: Rubber bands pop off of wheels

My Delta 14" had the same problem. My fix was to get new rubbers, took care of my issue. They do stretch, but the newer the rubbers are the more the will retain there form, the older they are, not so much.

SOURCE: Band Saw Blade won't stay on

A lot of the larger band saws, and I don't know about your particular model, has an ajustment on the bottom wheel that tilts the wheel in order to track the blade. It is right at the axle and tilts it from there.  If the back guide is a roller bearing I woud think you would want to roll all of the time.  If a solid bearing block natually a small space where it  will not hit is enough.

Delta 28-160 3 wheel band saw and the blade slips off after 1-2 rotations of the wheel. I have replaced the tires with the blue tires.

one of the wheels will have an adjustment that aligns the wheel correctly
bands/belts always run to the highest point so one of the wheels is not true and presenting a high point causing the blade to run off

Is it a three wheeled band saw? It's probably the same with older craftsman 3 wheeled bandsaws, do some cross referencing.

Need new rubber for my band saw wheels, model # 429.24250, dont know where to get them or if I still can?

What is the brand of your band saw? Well, regardless of the brand, you can find aftermarket replacement band saw parts online. I got my rubber tires from this site: http://bandsawparts.com.

I do not know how to change the blade on a dewalt

I'm not familiar with that particular band saw but I have had a few different band saws and they all pretty much work the same.

Unplug the saw and remove the top and bottom wheel guards.

Look behind the top wheel and you should see a large bolt standing vertically it may have a knob on it or it may not, look on the bolt to see if it has stop nuts if so loosen them then turn this knob so as to lower the wheel enough so you can remove the old blade.

Clean the rubber tires on both wheels and install the band with the teeth facing down.

Now the tricky part, adjust the top wheel so that it is firmly against the band and turn the wheel slowly by hand (be sure the saw is unplugged) if the band "walks" one way or another, you will have to find the set screw or set screws that adjust the tilt of the wheel, adjust these until the band runs true on the wheel. When it does, tighten the wheel a litte more and turn again slowly by hand repeat this until the band runs true and it is very tight on the wheel, Put the guards back on before you turn on the power. You should be good to go.

Manual craftsman band saw

I just went to Sears.com and then to Sears Parts Direct (down at the bottom of page under Craftsman tools) and typed in your model number. You can look at this manual online. Good luck
