Note the information at the link above if that is the same center. It describes several ways to do so.

Very sorry to hear of your situation, and hope you can make arrangements.

Quoting from the web link above:

accept U.S. Postal Money Orders onlv to be made payable to: FCRJ with the inmate's name on the memo line. Money orders may be dropped off in person, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, or be mailed to:
Inmate's Name
C/O Franklin County Regional Jail
P.O. Box 4068
Frankfort, Ky. 40604-4068
Any money placed on an inmate's account may be used to satisfy outstanding debts.
Maximum amount an inmate can have on their account is $300.00. Anything beyond that amount is at the discretion of the Jailer.
FUNDING AN INMATES ACCOUNT:

  • You may mail a United States Postal Money Order to the Franklin County Regional Jail P.O. Box 4068 Frankfort KY 40601. (The only money order we will accept). These are only accepted Monday through Friday between 0800am and 4:30pm. Make sure the inmates name is legible on the envelope or it will be returned to the sender.
  • There is an ATM machine in the lobby that accepts cash, Visa, or MasterCard. Or you may go to www.jailatm.com and fund an inmate?€™s account. (This sometimes takes longer to post to an inmates account.)
FEES:
Per Diem: Each inmate that is classified as a county inmate is subject to the facility daily housing fee of $2.00 which is automatically billed every night at midnight.

Booking Fee: There is an administrative booking fee which is $35.00. This fee is not to be mistaken with the $30.00 court bond filing fee. This is a one- time fee per incarceration and for county inmates only.

Keep in mind that each deposit made to an inmates account is subject to %50 of the deposit satisfying inmate debt if any.
ORDERING COMMISSARY
Commissary is conducted once a week. Each inmate is able to place an order each day while phones are turned on. Secure side inmates will receive their orders on Thursday between 0800 am and 4:30 pm. Honor Dorm inmates will receive their orders on Wednesday afternoon around 4:00 pm. Inmates are only allowed to purchase $200.00 of commissary each week.

I've been bullied by a man and woman three times, and they're still stalking me, bullying me, targeting me, and harassing me. Is it alright for me to move to a big city to get away from them?

Hello, Wayne -

I am sorry you feel you have been bullied by others.

You must not realize that Fixya.com, where you posted your question, is a website intended for asking and answering questions on how to go about REPAIRING THINGS.

I chose to answer your question as a kindness.

I suggest you learn how to stand up to those who harass you. Otherwise, there may be others who wish to mistreat you in other locations where you live. One thing that gives people self-confidence (which is extremely helpful in standing up to those who harass others) is developing a particular skill - sports, academic, musical, etc. If you are worried about harassment escalating into physical actions against you, you may find learning a martial art beneficial.

Best wishes.

The hostel we are staying in has suddenly without notice increased our rent by $45 a week. Is this legal?

The answer to your question depends on the specific terms and conditions of the rental agreement between your son and the hostel. Typically, rental agreements include clauses regarding rent increases, such as the frequency and amount of increases, and the notice required to implement them.
In Queensland, rental agreements for hostels are subject to the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 (RTRA Act). Under this Act, a lessor (landlord) must give written notice to a tenant of any rent increase at least two months before the increase takes effect.
If the hostel did not provide your son with proper notice of the rent increase or if the increase is not in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement or the RTRA Act, your son may have grounds to dispute the increase. Your son should review the rental agreement and seek legal advice or contact the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) for further guidance.
It is also important to note that under the RTRA Act, a lessor cannot increase the rent within the first six months of a tenancy, unless the rental agreement specifically allows for it.
If your son is unable to resolve the rent increase issue with the hostel, he may need to consider finding alternative accommodation or seeking assistance from a support organization for backpackers, such as the Australian Backpackers Association or the Backpacker Operators Association of Queensland.

What do I do, where do I go to report an estate agent who ran away with my monies. deposits from letting my property

Contact the Police. She has defrauded you intentionally and let out a property to a friend. Presumably she was paid for that and pocketed it. Business is business and being old does not play a part in it. Not sure about the laws in South Africa, but in most parts of the world you have to have accredited qualifications in real estate and they are covered by an insurance bond against client losses.
