Sounds like you either have a very leaky washer or the shower cartridge is stuck. You may have to turn off the water to the house since many shower valves do not have separate isolation valves.

I have a powerstar tankless water heater that runs my kitchen and bath room. The sinks get plenty hot but when you turn on the shower it stays ice cold and the power light just keeps going on and off

Shower heads have flow limiters installed in them. This means the water heater cannot sense the water flowing and therefore it wont come on. Take the shower head off and look in the end for a piece of plastic that is in the swivel. Remove it. Then put the shower head back on.

Selectronic redring shower powering up , no water coming out and then turns off after approx 10 seconds

There are some troubleshooting actions mentioned on page 6 and 7 of the manual at this site

http://www.aroundtownflats.com/manuals/Shower%20Manuals/Redring/New%20Selectronic%20Instructions.pdf

The shower is designed to turn off within 30 secs if there is no water flowing through. The issue is why does water flow stop.
It can happen if shower is in overheat shutdown. Need to find if temperature setting is too high. There is a purge sequence to overcome this. See manual.

Hi my bosch tankles water heater lites up and the goes out any ideas what i should check. best wishes

Hello, Your Tankless water heater will briefly turn on when the propane is turned on and you switch it on but it only stays on when the shower handle is turned on to allow the flow of water. The water faucet must be on obviously. The unit will only stay on while the water is flowing out of the shower head.
If the unit doesn't turn on there is 3 things that will prevent it from operating correctly; 1. Batteries must have a charge /power. 2. The propane fuel must be on. 3. Water must be flowing from the shower head regardless of the spray pattern.
Good Luck!

Our Aqualisa power shower lacks water pressure power

more than likely you have some debris near the shower head

take an adjustible wrench( crescent or channel lock
wrap a rag around the eustaceon( chrome tube coming out of shower wall srap around tube to protect the chrome hold it firmly with vicegrips or channel locks, take adjustible wrench or chanel locks and remove the chrome nut holding the shower head on to the eustaceon(turn counter cockwise be careful not to drop the tools that wil damage the tile or fiberglass

after removing showerhead

turn on shower to force and debris out and place shwoer head into stream of water to clean out any deposits the head may have some type of screen to strain the water

this should work if the flow has not incresed then there is a need to adjust the flow valve at the control

to reinstall the shower head reverse procedure

if you have any teflon tape wrap it around the threaded portion of the eustaceon

good luck

hoe this works

Triton Millenium Power Shower

generally if the flow sensor notices no water through the pump it will auto matically shut the pump down. so it could be the flow sensor is bad or the pump is not working like it should. now it depends on how old the pump is. i would start with the flow sensor.
