Bizhub c350 lines on copies, looks like toner scratched as it goes thru machine.

We have a bizhub c350, when it prints it looks like the toner is scratched as it goes thru machines before fuser. This happens on all types of paper. the lines are about 1/16 in wide and rough 1 inch apart. we thought it was a guide plate before fuser and replaced it as the fingers on it were approx. in line with the scratches (lines) did not help. Anyone have any ideas?

Hello,

The problem us located in the image unit area. You can check the cleaning blade and the drum. If the lines is one of the cyan, magenta, yellow or black color, then check the drum and cleaning blade for respective color (ex. if the lines is black, check the black image unit).

SOURCE: COF36 error on a Bizhub C350

Hi

C0F36 error means abnormally low toner density detected Black ATDC Sensor. Check for the black toner and try reinstalling the cartridge if replaced already. And if the toner crtridges are empty then replace the cartridge.

SOURCE: put in newer fuser unit but machine still says to replace

If you want to clear the fuser message you have to be sure you replaced the fuser web. Then go to 25 => counter clear(items 13)=> Clear fuser counter or 36=>counter clear(items 8)=>Clear fuser counter.

Mite try going to the konicaminolta website to see if they have any drivers for that machine. Mite be to old and best can windows 95 or XP.

Konica Minolta Bizhub c754e Blue Lines after installing new machine

The blue toner cartridge or drum are damaged. First, try a different toner cartridge. This will probably eliminate the lines.

Have you open closed the front door to clear code? have you replaced the black image unit? Not the black toner but the image unit Black.

Hello,

C0F32 is e developer problem,Imaging Unit ATDC (automatic toner density control) failure.
Try to add some toner and adjust the developer.
Enter service mode and adjust with F8

Bizhub c350 copies faded in the middle of the page

Does this happen when the orginal goes thur the doc feeder? place the orginal on the big glass does it happen then? Your optics mite need cleaning MIRRORS in the machine scanner section or the Image unit need repair or replacement.

Bizhub C350 - Print spooler not running after power outage

I would print out a copy of the network configuation of that printer and ensure it has the proper network settings (I.E. IP address, Subnet mask and Default Gateway. I just worked on a printer that I accidently pull the plug on and it lost it's network settings and wouldn't print until I changed them back to the correct settings.
