How did you determine that 64 is the amount of HOSTFS that can be put on a sub mask of 255.255.255.192 ? Are there any bandwidth issues when streaming files for HDTV over a Intranet?

    for mask 255.255.255.0 is 256 - 0 = 256

    for mask 255.255.255.254 is 256 - 254 = 2

    for mask 255.255.255.252 is 4

over intranet the bandwith is network card bandwith

if you have 100 Mb/s the bandwith is 100/8 = 12,5 MB /s minus upload which is 25% of download

I forgot to tell you that for 192 subnet mask which logically is 64 you must substract 2 because one is the gateway and the other is your computer ip

So for 192 which normal should be 64 is 62 (1 gateway 1 your computer)

Hi...getting "LOCAL IP ADDR INVALID" on one of my INTER-TEL PHONES....82622V2

Bill
what about the sub net mask is it exactly the same as the others ?

Has the subnet mask been used to create a separate network ?
what is the subnet mask ?
is it 255.255.255.0
does it have numbers in it that are not 255 or 0 ?
if the number is different to this you have subnetting on your network and may need to use a particlar ip address to fit into the subnet.

How do I open the subwoofer for LG HT762TZ-ZA; it has just stopped working

General:U may have turn it off/mute by remote accidentaly.ceck audio settings on the amplifier.Ceck on/off /volume button also located on the sub if apply.Ceck signal from the wiring with another woofer or multimeter (empiric u can do it by small light bulb 6-12v).If still need to open the case, remove the drive mask (textil/metal)by putting little pressure with a flat tool under it,under it should be the screws from the drive itself, can be taped with small caps. The box itself most likely it won't open.Caution:turn off ,work carefully not to scratch, use plastic tools, don't put large amount of pressure, the drive mask should pop easy.

I need the Konica Minolta Di470 ip address to connect the pc to print documents etc.

The ip address is provided by your it department if you do not have an it department then you can select an ip address that is not being uesd example 192.168.1.200 this lus the sub net mask standard sub net mask 255.255.255.0 needs to be put in the network section of the machine then you can go to the c: prompt on your computer type in ping then the ip address you put into the machine you should get 4 replys and no drops then you will also need to load the print driver for the machine onto your computer

How many HOSTFS can you put on a Sub mask of 255.255.255.192

To answer your question with regard to the subnet mask, here is a great reference. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subnetwork

The only limit on an intranet would be the bandwidth of your medium, if you have 100MHZ CAT5 ethernet should have not problems.
Good Luck.

Can i purchase cressi matrix lower frame broken last trip

A broken frame on a nice mask, that is a bummer. I am only aware of replacement lenses, but not replacement frames. If you want to save on costs, you can find a used similar mask or a mask that uses the same style of lens that is interchangeable with your current model. I suggest looking on ebay, craigs list, and of course the internet.
