Question about Crosley Traveler Turntable
Ok...this sounds really stupid, but I gotta ask? I plugged in the dc adapter and turned on the player. but it doesn't spin. What's the solution? Is there a switch or lever that makes the turntable spin? Thanks for your time and patients!
I have the same machine and I had a look at it. As soon as you put the needle over the disk, it should start. If not, have a look if the drive belt has slipped off. You can google how to do it, but it isn't hard at all.
Just remove the retaining washer on the middle pin and remove the plate, then re-sit the belt carefully, replace the plate and refit the retaining washer. Should work. Silly setup for the belt though. Slips off eqsy...

Look for a switch that has 33 and 45 unless the hole in the middle of the record is rather large turn it to 33.
