Question about Creative Labs Zen MicroPhoto MP3 Player
Mine was in recovery mode first so i downloaded the recovery tool and did exactly what it was supposed to but now my computer won't reconize player
What operating system are you using? The Zen uses the MTP driver so if you have Vista or are running windows media player 10 or 11 the driver should be present and the device ought to be recognized. If not, check device manager for your zen device. If it's there, right-click and uninstall, disconnect your player and after a few seconds plug it back in. Windows should then reinstall your driver.
