I purchased a swing set for my grandkids a few years ago and made the mistake of putting it "up" till we had time to assemble it. We now have all the parts but the assembly instructions are mush. It came from jc penney cat. 653 lot#6531913 contract 0503636 other# 6288139K Any help with instructions would be much appreciated Barb Perez [email protected] 1-262-547-6409 Many thanks, B. Perez

Taking care of the grandkids kinda tells it all, Never a good idea, unless you like buying new ones. OR paying for the repair. Maybe its time for a lesson in patience with the grands?
Fixya.com Answerer, Brett Duxbury, may be correct in that the missing parts may have been shipped in a 2nd box.
If you purchased the swing new, there is probably information with the assembly instructions regarding missing parts and contacting the company which manufactured or distributed the swing. Check for such information.
If you cannot find it or if the swing was purchased second-hand, contact the business from which you purchased the swing or the individual seller and ask for the missing parts or arrange to return the partial swing kit for a full refund. Ask to have your return shipping cost reimbursed, too.
Apparently Outsunny is a trademark of a company headquartered in China:
Ningbo MH Import & Export Co. , Ltd.
Ningbo, Zheijiang Province, China
I see that Outsunny patio and garden furniture is sold by a number of different businesses in several different countries.
Without knowing the country where you reside and the business or seller you purchased the swing, I cannot direct you to a viable source for the missing parts.
Did you find the instructions yet? I found them on Graco's website for my Baby Einstein swing:

I have heard of many people that own swing sets putting wd40 or cooking oil onto a rag (very light) and rubbing it into the surface of the slide. It might fill in the scratches. There is probably a commercial product for this purpose, but I am not sure what it would be. You might have to replace the slide.
I have the same tv and same issue. I found chain of notes indicating that you can clear the lock by pressing 9-QV (two buttons) on the original remote at the same time. This works... however if you change the input again the EXT1 and EXT2 inputs will be locked again. It would be really nice if you can remove the lock feature completely.
