Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
The driver still might work under Vista. Download the latest one at this location - http://support.packardbell.com/uk/item/index.php?i=6929290000&pi=platform_scannerdiamond1200plus - and install.

Packard Bell's drivers are way outdated. The Packard Bell Diamond 1200 Plus is in fact manufactured by Mustek and is the same product (technically) as the Mustek Bearpaw 1200 CU Plus (the exact name is important). Drivers can be found at Mustek's European site in Germany, at http://www.mustek.de They provide drivers up to Windows Vista. The scanner also works with Mac OS 8.6 to 9.2.2. Drivers for that are in Taiwan or the USA.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
