I have been having problems with my 2003 chevy tahoe lt. it has been shutting down evey so often while turning(only) ive changed the battery, sparks, and the alternator and nothing seems to be working. has anybody has this problem before if so whats the solution?

When the fuel pump was changed, the battery was disconnected as standard practice.Now the Security System needs resetting.

do not remove more then than 1 plug wire at a time, reinstall it before moving to next one. Make sure you have all tools needed.

Yes of course. Those sensors meter the flow of gas to the engine. With no data coming back to the Engine Control Unit, the car shuts off. You need to replace the Catalytic converters and replace both upstream and downstream sensors. Get down the Scrap Yard and see if you can find yours!

disconnect the under hood light and test the switch

Your climate system can only cool or heat but not both. The temperature has a big effect on this. The cooling needs the compressor.

Turn your key to the on position(do not start), then push the throttle pedal to the floor three times, turn of the ignition, wait a second or twothen start the engine, this should reset it. Works on the 2000 Tahoe LT 4WD

check fuel pump relay, on start up, relay is bypassed, allowing a start, but dies when runs out of gas.

first we need to find out what three cylinders and what is not working about them, no compression, too much leak down, or no spark? find out and i will try and help

replace fuel pump relay. check all fuses to ignition and pcm .make sure they are not loose. check coil wires make sure they not loose.look at battery if you have the ac delco seal battery make sure green eye still there .if its black have battery check out.
