Without knowing the make, model, or type of drive system of your machine, I have no idea what the problem could be.

Changed hydraulic filters now hydraulics don't work?

Sometimes with hydraulics you need to "burp" any air from the system, though they tend to be so-called self bleeding. Try filling the filter with fluid and check that the pump has fluid in it to get it pumping. If the fluid was drained from the pump and it has air in it, it won't do anything. Get some fluid in it and it may start pumping.

Replaced steering wheel gear box 2 days ago on a 06 f350 diseal and it will not burp

Leave truck sit overnight then jack front wheels off the ground make sure correct fluid is up to proper level Start engine and turn wheel all the way from left stop to right stop and back 5or 6 times to get all the air out of system.Make sure weight is off front tires.Recheck fluid level while doing this to make you dont suck air back into system and fluid is not foaming up.

While sitting at a traffic light the brake pedal slowly goes down. One pump and it comes back up to normal and holds. This is a '95 LeSabre very low mileage (31,000) very clean car. No signs of brake fluid...

There might not be a leak but I think there is AIR within the hydraulics. So if you have not checked your brake hydraulics for a very long time, it is good to check the master and brake cylinders.
Finally you need to BLEED out the air so that on the first pump you get a hard pedal.
Check at the wheels for possible smear of fluid indicating small leak and air intake.

What does the symbol looking like an exclamation mark mean on the dash between the two clocks

  1. Brake warning light:
This light functions for both the parking brake and the foot brake systems.
  2. Parking brake indicator: When the ignition key is in the ON position, the light comes on when the parking brake is applied.
      1. Check the brake fluid level. Add brake fluid as necessary. See .Brake fluid. in the .Maintenance and do-it-yourself. section of this manual.
      2. If the brake fluid level is correct, have the warning system checked by a NISSAN dealer.
    1. Low brake fluid warning light: When the ignition key is in the ON position, the light warns of a low brake fluid level. If the light comes on while the engine is running with the parking brake not applied, stop the vehicle and perform the following:
  3. Low tire pressure warning light (if so equipped)
If your vehicle is equipped with a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) that monitors the tire pressure of all tires except the spare. The low tire pressure warning light warns of low tire pressure or indicates that the TPMS is not functioning properly.

What does it mean when my brake light (on dashboard) is staying on in my 2000 dodge stratus?

That light is a combination warning light.
It usually comes on when you set your parking brake, so check that your parking brake is off.

It also comes on when your brake system has a problem. it means that one of your two brake systems has problems. Check your brake fluid reservoir, and see if either one is low on fluid. If so, then check the back side of the affected tires and look for brake fluid leakage., and if the fluid is low, get your vehicle checked out as soon as possible
