quite easy. take oven out and remove top plate. you will see stat behind the temp control knob - usually just clipped on(sometimes stat becomes unclipped which will cause your problem as well)
remove stat and undo capilliary from mounts inside oven. reassemble in same way. note where wires go before you remove them!

You need to place use a multimeter to check the element for continuity if that is ok then the next step is to check for 240v being
switched to the fan and element array.
With the unit switched off at the wall put the test leads onto the correct points ( Use the earth post for the Black lead) switch the meter to a range to cover the 240vac and then switch on the unit
If there are no readings then you need to go back up the wiring to check the input to the thermostat

Is this gas or electric? If it is electric, you will want to test the power to the burners with a voltmeter. This will tell you if the control is bad and not giving power to the burner, or if the burners themselves are bad or possibly just loose or corroded connections.
If you have gas, check the gas valve and the tubing. Make sure there are no holes or gaps letting out the gas, make sure the valves is completely up to allow full gas flow. Also check that the tubing is clean of debris.
I would check the oven sensor with a multi meter and also check the oven clock is set correctly
