There's a big bar/button on the top of the clock.
It serves as BOTH the snooze button AND the light button.
When you press it, the screen will light upo for about 15-20 seconds, so you can tell the time in the dark & then the backlight goes out so it doesn't disturb your sleep.!

Sounds like you need a new clock. Parts and repairs cost more than new products.

You may need to try to repair or replace the quartz movement, this link will help you out.

the clock battery is not connected to the main battery - it has it's own small button cell which lasts only about 2 years.
- you can change this by yourself only if you have good mechanical skills as you have to dismantle the whole dashboard/handlebar!
- better you ask your vespa-shop to do it on your next service...
(a LR43 button cell is needed)

your computers clock is not synchronized with the world clock. go to your clock setting and synchronize, then adjust for location. should work after that

Simple, the instructions state that when changing the batteries on the outside temp. sensor, you must also change the batteries on the main clock unit. I had same problem when I changed the sensor batteries until I pulled the batteries from the clock and it reset fine. ( Sensor batteries first, then clock batteries. ) The clock will reset to atomic time overnight so don't worry if it doesn't read correctly at first.

Try changing the battereis in the CLOCK. When the batteries in the clock start getting low, the clock does not pick up the outside transmitter.

You need new SioScan Temperature Transmitter 433 MHz. Take a look on amazon La Crosse Technology TX6U Wireless Temperature Sensor for 433 MHz units.... Hope this was helpful. cheers
