You need to contact your email provider and see if they are going to block GOV.PH.. Some email providers might treat it as spam. FIXYA cannot do anything about it. However the use of a YAHOO email address is recommended as it appears the message you get is telling you that it wont be blocked,

The .ph is an abbreviation for the Phillipines. This is done in most, if not all, foreign countries. For example in the United Kingdom you would get an email address of yahoo.com.uk. Hope this helps.

By the way, I sent a test email using just .yahoo.com to see if it still goes through. if it does, you can use just yahoo.com without any problems. Yahoo will continue to use .ph for accounts in the Phillipines.

you can reflash the OS but the IMEI and pin will still be registered to the carrier you should get some form of authorisation from the previous owner stating that the phone is yours now.
