A lot of brands of a kayak. The best one is select by the budget, I think the Vibe Kayaks Skipjack 90 is best. For more details about Ocean kayak, you may check here

SOURCE: When can I paddle with kayak?
You can, but it's all about compromise ? and safety. Generally, the shorter the boat the easier it will turn (great for rivers and white water), but the slower you'll be getting from point A to point B. The longer the boat (most sea kayaks) the better it generally tracks and the faster and safer it travels through water.
SOURCE: is this kayak very stable in the ocean
Hwello "used one of these while on vacation in canada, and i'm hooked it was very sable on rough waters, and we also took it out and went fishing ." "The Future Beach Freedom 160 is a nice stable boat with a rugged and durable build. Due to it's weight the boat is a bit on the slow side and a challenge to move around. Storage at the front of the boat is limited but could be expanded with a small modification. I am sure that this would be a great boat for fishing and other water sports (i.e. snorkling, SCUBA)." "Love this boat, Amazing Quality, superb tracking
I read all the reviews of the boat I could find, all were VERY positive, all said the boat was very stable in all water conditions, the only draw back comment I ran across is that it is fairly heavy, but that is due to its rugged design, so really you can't have it both ways.
Having Kayaked in the Ocean many time myself I would buy this boat for that purpose after what I read. Here are some transcripts of the reviews I read

SOURCE: Dropped elph camera in ocean
After a saltwater dunking (even briefly) the camera is a write-off, even if it seems to work for the present time. Salt crystals will be eating away at it inside and there's nothing you can do to cure it. Any batteries or memory cards could get damaged by being used in a salt-damaged camera. But the SD memory card should be OK as long as it definitely did not get wet. If it did, then soak it in a glass of de-ionised water for about ten minutes, thoroughly shake it dry and then give it another ten minutes in a fresh glass of de-ionised water. Shake it dry, then use paper towels and leave it in a warm and well ventilated area for a few hours.
This process tries to ensure that you get rid of any conductive/corrosive salt residues left behind which could fry the card when it's powered up. Note that if there is doubt as to whether the card got wet, then it's your call. Trying to recover the images without removing possible salt residues may fry it, but soaking it in water may ruin it anyway if it wasn't ruined already.
Afterwards, upload the images using an external SD card reader and then throw the SD card away as you'll never be able to trust its ability to save images again.

SOURCE: Need to repair the bottom of my ocean kayak
I believe this is a plastic kayak. So, while some repairs can be done with fibreglass, it is not useful for many or even most.
What exactly do you need to repair on the bottom?
