Question about HP Computers & Internet
I have tried to power on the pc and it will show nothing on the display, there doesnt seem to be a bios reset on the motherboard. I have tried to remove the cmos bat and it did nothing. I removed the ram and the computer did not even beep. All lights do come on, the hd runs and so does the cpu fan. I have tried different monitors with the same results.
well as you said you have tried with different monitors it means there is no problem in your monitor. The problem is in the CPU.
There are 2 things which can be damaged here due to which nothing is displayed on the screen:-
1.RAM:-The ram may be damaged. 2.Motherboard
Check both of these. These are likely the faults.
