More info is needed. Do hear any fans or hard drives spinning up? Do you hear any beeps? Do you see anything on the monitor, or does it remain in sleep mode when the PC is powered up?

We need a lot more information. Is there video? Power on self test? Is there any indication of power?

Hello.

If your computer will not boot try to first boot your hard drive in the BIOS. Make sure that the hard drive are inserted correctly replace the power cable in your hard drive also the SATA or IDE cable.
