How do I fix a cellphone that won't charge at all when it is plugged in. I've tried turning it off, taking the battery out, and everything.

It could be a problem with the female usb port on your phone. Try shining a light inside where you plug it in and see if there is anything there. Here are a few phones with the female ports where you plug in your charger.
25894004-w32j5maowckw4u0pbavragxd-2-0.png Use something like a toothpick to clean out inside there. If you use something too hard, it can damage the inside of the port.

If there is nothing in there, it could be the cord. Have you tried multiple cords and cubes (wall adapters)? Here is the iPhone version, but really all that changes is the business end of the charging cord, so it still applies.
25894004-w32j5maowckw4u0pbavragxd-2-1.jpg If you have tried multiple combinations of cords and wall adapters, then it might be that the charging port on your phone is broken and needs repairing. A sign of this being the case could be the cable being able to wiggle around too much when plugged into the phone.

If these other solutions do not work, you may need to replace the female micro/mini usb port in your phone, which could be above your skill set and you may need to hire a professional, or someone who knows their way around a soldering iron.

19 Inch HD Ready Digital LCD TV/DVD Combi. Is it possible to use the USB port and if so, how?

Dear Megan,

This Port could be a Service Port or USB Input and /or USB Output. Make sure it is Not labeled "service only"
If you have a Jump Drive with pictures / music on it, plug it into the port and see what happens. This port could also be used as a charging port for cellphones,GPS etc...depending on the function it was designed for.
Good Luck!

Can I connect my galaxys2 to a dvd player that has a usb port.and from the dvd to the tv.so i can watch my movies that I have stored in my phone

In order to be able to watch movies from your phone you will have to plug the usb port your cell phone. Then you will have to plug it into your tv part which should be on the front or it could be on the back it depends on what kind of TV you have. You cannot plug your cellphone into the DVD player it is not a possible way. The only way is to plug the phone into your cellphone and then to the TV :),

Lost manual need to charge my earpiece

Need more information...what earpiece are you using? Does it have the same charging port as your phone? Chances are your earpiece charges through a micro-usb port. If this is the case, you can easily find a new charger that is of size micro-usb (that is the same size as the charger of most new cellphones).
